Meet Your Coach
WARREN SAGER has successfully started, scaled, and sold over 15 different e-commerce properties. Warren’s top skills are in operational efficiencies and life balance. This means Warren knows how to get things done the easiest way possible so that time and energy can be used for other life pursuits. “Work smarter, not harder.” This is a mantra that Warren is always saying. This allows you to leverage your resources so you can still make a huge impact without consuming all of your available time and energy.
Warren has been a leader in retail and e-commerce for over 30 years. He started his career learning from the top leaders at Walmart where he managed several Sam’s Clubs in the northeast. He then branched out to start his own company and has been a retail-business owner for the past 30 years. 20 of those years building and running e-commerce websites.
Warren has also been a student of business and has learned and implemented some of the best tools from the top business operating systems. Now that Warren has crossed the 50-year mark, he has found that his new passion is helping others achieve their goals using all the skills he has learned over the years. Warren will help you figure out the “bottlenecks” that are affecting your success and help you fix them. He will work with you and your team to manage the people and process of a business as well as help you grow as a leader. A business can only grow as fast as the leader is able to grow. The goal is to work “smarter not harder.”
Warren grew up on a family-owned vegetable farm in upstate New York. Those years tilling the soil and raising livestock were very hard. There was always too much work to do and not enough resources to get everything done. Warren took those experiences to heart and it has fueled him to always strive to work smarter so you don’t have to feel overwhelmed or like you never get it all done.
